Production Support Analyst
Required Skills • Strong experience in Jira, SharePoint, and other leading ALM tools.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring Jira and SharePoint software.
• Highly proficient in SharePoint and Jira plug ins and add-ons.
• Experience with requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of future ALM software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High motivation to learn new technologies and enhance existing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team setting.
Preferred Skills • Jira and SharePoint administration.
Responsibilities • Have a deep understanding on SharePoint and Jira administration.
• Manage and troubleshoot key ALM tools such as SharePoint and Jira.
• Schedule and Power automate scripts and other plug ins for SharePoint.
• Attends critical client calls regarding usability issues and approval errors.
• Coordinate with the vendor support team and manage enhancement activities.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings with Client QA/Software management/HR/Building and Space Management teams.
• Manage dashboard creation requests and other data visualization requests from project teams.
• Monitor Jira workflow and make timeline adjustments as needed.
• Make vital decisions and drive decision-making across the projects.
• Document changes and other migration of publication assets through SharePoint lists and dynamic automated approval flows.
