Description of Project
The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) partnering with the Department of Corrections is seeking one full-time .NET Developer.
At a high level, the resource will help support the existing Department of Corrections (DOC) Portal system. The Portal system is a centralized website providing a myriad of functions to customers external to the DOC. The DOC Portal is written in VB.net and uses ASP.net Web Forms as it's major technologies. Included in support of the Portal is support of over 100 data extract transfer loads (ETL) received from various entities across the State. The work is expected to be done remotely for now, but in the future may be required to work full time on site at the DOC Central Office located at 1450 Energy Park Drive, St. Paul, MN.
Resource Need
This request is for one full-time staff augmentation resource. Each vendor is allowed to submit one resource for consideration.
Incumbent (Currently holding the position while this Event is posted.)
Yes. If the incumbent is submitted, they will be evaluated in the same way as all other candidates, using the criteria set forth in this Event.
Mode of Interview
The State will conduct interviews. The State reserves the right to remove a resource from consideration if the resource is unavailable for interview as requested by the State. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

  • Anticipated Project Start Date: June 10, 2024
  • Anticipated End Date: June 9, 2025
The State retains the option to extend the work order in increments determined by the State.
