Description of Project
The Minnesota Client (Client) is seeking two full-time developer resources. Client has launched a large IT project to build a system called the Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) portal. Several key components have been identified for the overall MPSE project: A front-end Provider Enrollment Processor (PEP), A back-end Provider Validation Service (PVS), and Related Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) and Associated Database changes (the current MN-Client system).
At a high level, the resources will work in collaboration with the MPSE development team to enhance the application's maintainability, efficiency, accessibility, user experience, and resolution of identified issues and recommend changes as per business requirements. This includes working with Business Analysts (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) and subject matter experts (SME) to identify code changes and additions as identified to support Phase 3 enhancements as well as legislative asks. The work is expected to be done remotely.
Resource Need
This request is for two full-time staff augmentation resources. Each vendor is allowed to submit one resource for consideration.
Incumbent (Currently holding the position while this Event is posted.)
Yes. If the incumbents are submitted, they will be evaluated in the same way as all other candidates, using the criteria set forth in this Event.
Mode of Interview
The State will conduct interviews. The State reserves the right to remove a resource from consideration if the resource is unavailable for interview as requested by the State. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.

  • Anticipated End Date: August 15, 2025
The State retains the option to extend the work order in increments determined by the State.
